On January 8, 2024, the Rotaract Club of HICAS completed the "Sparkle School" project at a school in Ravuthur. We focused on cleaning and revitalizing garden, the playground, and common areas to improve the overall learning environment. Our team of volunteers worked diligently to ensure the school was hygienic and inviting. This project highlights our dedication to community service and enhancing local educational spaces. The successful completion of "Sparkle School" underscores our commitment to making a positive impact through collective effort and also we received Best project award for the year (2023-2024).
The Rotaract Club of HICAS proudly completed our District Priority Project, "BLOSSOMS," at PMA School, where we established a new library for the students. This initiative aimed to enrich the educational experience by providing a dedicated space filled with diverse books and learning resources. Our team worked diligently to create a welcoming environment that encourages reading and academic exploration. The library is designed to support both the students' educational needs and their personal growth. By equipping PMA School with this valuable resource, we hope to inspire a love for reading and facilitate a positive learning experience.
The Rotaract Club of HICAS successfully carried out our community service project, "Aathangarai Maramey," on the 77th Independence Day. In celebration of this milestone, we distributed 77 saplings to the public, aiming to promote environmental sustainability and encourage tree planting. This initiative was designed to enhance community involvement in greening efforts and raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation. By providing these saplings, we hope to inspire lasting positive impacts on our local environment. The project highlights our dedication to national pride and ecological responsibility, reinforcing our commitment to a greener future for all.
Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18-30 to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. The Rotaract Club of HICAS was formed in the year 2014. .

Coimbatore – The Rotaract Clubs of RI DISTRICT 3201 Rotaract club of HICAS, PSGRKW, INFO, ADITHYA, Coimbatore UNITY, Coimbatore GAALAXY, and Coimbatore UNIQUE, in collaboration with various other clubs and individuals, have successfully completed a donation drive for Kerala, titled "The Strength in Solidarity." The collective efforts of these clubs have resulted in various donations, including: ₹36,000+ in funds; 3,000+ sanitary pads; 1,000+ items of clothing and raincoats; 500+ hygiene products; These donations, alongside other essential items, aim to provide comfort and relief to the men, women, children, and animals affected by the recent natural disasters in Kerala. A heartfelt thanks goes out to everyone who contributed to this cause. Together, we can strive to make the world a better place, one step at a time. Our prayers and love are with the people of Kerala during these challenging times.
We,the Rotaract Club of HICAS, have successfully completed a meaningful and heartfelt project on 15th August 2024 at the Canaan Kids Orphanage.As part of our ongoing commitment to community service,we have donated essential groceries to the orphanage Apart from the donation, our members spent quality and fun times with the children, engaging them in various fun-filled activities and games. The interactions were filled with joy, laughter, and mutual learning, creating a warm and supportive environment for the children The event not only provided material support but also aimed to foster a sense of belonging and happiness among the kids.
We, the Rotaract Club of HICAS (RID 3201) in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Spectrum (RID 3234) have successfully completed a project "Meals of Humanity" On the occasion of World Humanitarian Day, 19th August 2024. In a display of solidarity and compassion, we organized a heartfelt meal distribution event, where we provided nourishing meals to those in need Through this project, we were able to touch lives and bring smiles to faces, reaffirming our commitment to serving humanity. The event was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impact on both the beneficiaries and our members
On the occasion of Rakshabandhan, we, the Rotaract Club of HICAS (RID 3201), in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of MGR University, Chennai (RID 3233), have successfully completed a heartfelt project titled "Rakhi Respect" to honour and appreciate the security guards, policemen, and other hardworking individuals who tirelessly contribute to our safety and well-being. As a gesture of gratitude, we tied *Rakhi* to these unsung heroes, symbolizing our respect and recognition of their dedication. Additionally, we provided them with refreshments, offering a moment of respite and showing that their efforts are truly valued.
We, the Rotaract Club Of HICAS have successfully Completed the Project *"Protecting Protectors"* aimed at supporting the health and safety of our local sanitary workers. Recognizing the vital role these workers play in maintaining public hygiene, we organized the distribution of essential personal protective equipment (PPE) for them across Coimbatore The initiative was driven by our commitment to the well-being of our frontline workers and we have fulfilled the drive by equipping them with *65+* necessary PPE gear The response from the sanitary workers was overwhelmingly positive, and we are really proud to have made a meaningful contribution to their daily safety and health
